"Not really worth the price"
I don’t know, I just expected a bit more from Mamas and Papas. The prices felt really high for what you actually get, and the quality was... fine, I guess, but nothing special. Some of the stuff didn’t seem much different from cheaper options I’ve seen elsewhere. Then once you add delivery and the little extras, it all starts getting even more expensive. Felt a bit like I was paying for the brand name rather than the product. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a really good sale on.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I ordered a few things and didn’t think too much about the shipping at first, since I wasn’t in a huge rush. The updates in the app were decent enough, nothing fancy, and I checked them here and there. Most of the packages showed up when they were supposed to, so overall I’d say the delivery was reliable.

We ended up returning a baby bouncer because we changed our minds... it was simple!! The online return process was easy enough to follow, and I got the refund back after about a week. I would’ve liked a few more email updates along the way, just so I knew what was happening!!! But overall, it was fine, no real hassle... 4 stars from me!

"Really pleased with the quality :)"
I ordered a few baby bits from Mamas & Papas and I’m really happy with them. The quality feels lovely, the materials seem strong rather than flimsy or cheap, and everything looks like it’ll hold up well. One of the items has already been used every day and still looks basically brand new! Delivery was fine too, but the main thing for me is that the products actually feel worth the money :)

"Not a great visit, wouldn’t go back"
We went into the store to have a look at the prams it felt like we were being ignored from the start. The staff were standing around chatting, and when we finally asked someone for help, it all felt really rushed and not very welcoming. The prices weren’t clear either, and nobody really explained a details or helped us compare anything. We left feeling annoyed and ended up ordering from another place instead. For a baby shop, I expected a much better experience.

"Heads up: customer service never got back to me"
Just a warning for anyone considering dealing with this company, I reached out to customer service for help and they basically didn’t bother responding. I’m still waiting for an answer, that says a lot about how they treat customers.
